Returns Policy

Since our company is offering non-tangible products we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relavent documentation and tried out the demo. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned.

We only look into cases where non-delivery, technical fault on our part or where the product is not as described. All other "cases" for refunds are not covered by our guarantee. We have been stung badly by offering unconditional refunds in the past, only to be taken advantage of. We provide ample amounts of information about the products and we know they work because we test them.

The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
